PRODUCTION TIME

Below are the order deadline dates by category code for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Orders not placed by these dates are not guaranteed to arrive by Dec 25th and in some cases may not arrive until mid January as our factories are closed the week between Christmas and New Years Day.

Please refer to the letters at the beginning of the product item number for the item you are interested in.
PDS & PDSP - Midnight EST Sunday December 6th if you select ground delivery. Midnight EST Sunday December 13 if you select NEXT DAY AIR delivery.
MD - Midnight EST Sunday December 13th for both ground and air delivery.
PCM (coasters) - Midnight EST Tuesday December 15th for both ground and air delivery.
PCM (glasses) - Midnight EST Sunday November 15th for both ground and air delivery.
PSS - Midnight EST Sunday December 6th for both ground and air delivery.
PJDS - Noon EST Tuesday December 15th for ground and Noon EST Thursday December 17th for air delivery.
RWS - Midnight EST Sunday December 13th for both ground and air delivery.
SFP - Midnight EST Sunday December 6th for both ground and air delivery.
SC - Midnight EST Sunday December 13th for both ground and air delivery.

All of our products are hand-made for you personally by the craftsmen who designed the products you see on this site. The items are then shipped direct to you by those very same craftsmen. If you order multiple products, it is very possible that you will get separate deliveries as your order may be shipping from different locations.

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME - NON-CHRISTMAS SEASON
The Signs:
As a general rule, most of the pub signs take anywhere from 3 to 15 business (M-F) days (see chart below) in production from the time you submit your order to the time your order ships. This production time may be slightly longer around holidays and for the "Design Your Own" signs. The signs ship via Fed-Ex, UPS or Parcel Post from several locations around the country depending on the sign ordered and generally take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days for delivery. Upgrading shipping will only shorten the ship time, not the production time.

Almost all of our sign orders are for gifts and nearly everyone asks if their order can be rushed. Because of this we do not offer rush service on the production time of our signs. In the event you require a sign delivered immediately, we suggest that once you order the sign, simply go back and print the page from the website and include it in a card. You can always have the sign delivered direct to your gift recipient if you wish. The signs are delivered without invoices or packing slips.

The Coasters:
Our pulp coasters generally ship to you within 5 business days from the time you place your order via United States Postal Service. The Ceramic coasters generally take 2 weeks in production. As with the signs, please allow additional delivery time around the holidays.

All Other Items:
All other decor related items on the site generally ship out within two weeks of placing your order. They ship various methods depending on the item.

Normal Production Time - by product code - VARIES AROUND MAJOR HOLIDAYS
Please refer to the letters of the product code for the item you are interested in to find the normal production time. There may be delays around major holidays especially Christmas. The time stated below does not include transit time. All dates are approximate and DO NOT APPLY during the month of December for the Christmas Holiday season.
