Mulligan's Pub - Celebration, FL

When England native Hughie Kimnell acted upon a 14-year dream and opened an authentic Irish pub in his new hometown of Celebration, FL, he turned to PubSignShop.com to decorate what became Mulligan’s Pub in April 2006. This neighborhood pub, a tribute to the Emerald Isle, is located just minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort outside of Orlando.
Upon entering Mulligan’s, one of the first things you’ll notice is the long marble bar counter with plenty of Irish and English brews on draft behind the bar. On most evenings, Hughie himself will be there to serve his guests, some of whom he knows well and some just visiting. He’s proud of his selection of imported beers (45 to choose from), international wines (22 wines and six different ports), and the pub’s menu including an already famous corned beef sandwich on marbled rye bread. And he’s proud of the friendly atmosphere which exists in his pub.
Hughie wanted to make sure his pub gave patrons a feel of Ireland, not only with the drink and food selection, but with the atmosphere as well. Hanging alongside snapshots of Irish scenes and posters advertising Guinness and Harp are signs from PubSignShop.com.

Being minutes from Disney World, Mulligan’s, like many of the places in Celebration, is visited by both tourists and residents. Just as Hughie planned, the pub is family friendly during the day and transitions to the authentic Irish pub each evening. Each night, patrons can be found watching sporting events on one of four satellite televisions, listening to or participating in open mike nights, surveying the cheese board, and enjoying the featured half price imported draught beer special.
