About This Sign Maker
Desparate Enterprises started in 1987 when the owner had a vision to build upon his 25 years of experience in Antiques Advertising. Since 1969 he had continually purchasted and traded his way to having one of the most extensive collections of advertising collectibles in the country. In the 1970's these advertising collectibles were abundant but in the 1980's became very hard to come by. Thus Desperate Enterprises was launched to reporduce some of the more popular images and make them available at affordable prices. Since then, they have gone on to produce over 1400 different signs. As a sign maker, they believe it is their duty to reproduce beautiful, early signs that just should be preserved.
