You may check the status of any order by entering either the web confirmation number or your invoice number in
the order number field below. You must also provide the email address used
to place your order.
Please Note:
If you ordered multiple products with different starting SKU letters, you will most likely receive separate shipments from us. We will email you the tracking number for each shipment as it goes out.
NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME - NON-CHRISTMAS SEASON
Please refer to the FIRST LETTERS of the product SKU code for the items you ordered to find the normal production time. The time stated below does not include transit time. All dates are approximate, may vary around major holidays and DO NOT APPLY during the month of December for the Christmas Holiday season.
MD- In production 7 to 10 Business Days & Ships from Montana
PCM- In production 3-5 Business Days & Ships from California via U.S. Mail (no tracking number)
PDS- In production 10 to 12 Business Days & Ships from South Carolina - production time exceptions are the Signs in the QUICK SHIP SIGNS Section which ship out in 5 business days.
PSS- In production 7 to 10 Business Days and ships from Minnesota.
RWS- In production 10 Business Days & Ships from Massachusetts.
