Ice Cream in Coney Island Vintage Photograph - You just have to enjoy an ice cream cone when you are at America's favorite summer playground! Photo was taken in 1899.

A stroll through the late 19th and 20th century - the people, their struggle, their play, and their time in between. A mosaic of images depicting those hard and eventful years of our grandparents and great grandparents, presented, as they would appear back in those rough and tumble days.

Each image is matted behind an "old" and slightly distressed frame, and put under safety plexiglass. A great deal of time and attention has been spent developing this collection. Some of these images show the wear of time, and some reveal to us that the art was not quite as sharp and precise as it is today. Each image does, however allow us to let our imaginations return to those earlier times of struggle, victory, ingenuity, and thrift.

So please return with us, back in time, when things were so very different. Take a glimpse at the world in which our ancestors lived. We hope you enjoy "the way we were."
